Announcing changes in the ASF Board

The Apache Software Foundation today announced that it has appointed Danny Angus and Ted Dunning as members to the Board of Directors. Angus will be serving as a first-time Board Member, and Dunning will be returning as a Board Member. They are filling the positions previously held by Jim Jagielski, who has resigned his position as Board Member, and Phil Steitz, who has resigned his position as Board Member and Chairman. In addition, Ross Gardler has resigned as Executive Vice President and has been replaced by David Nalley, who also serves as Vice President ASF Infrastructure.
